This is truly restaurant style food that you can enjoy at home in fewer than 20 minutes. Hand cut strips of all white meat chicken breasts are treated to a quick saute, topped with a light yet creamy sauce with diced tomatoes and served over delicate angel hair pasta (multi-grain or gluten-free pasta available). A bit more "active" effort is required (similar to cooking our chicken piccata or marsala) since it's done on the stove, but it's fast (<15 minutes & worth it!). Stovetop cooking.

Thaw completely in refrigerator. Start boiling water for the pasta.
Heat 1-2 Tbsp of oil or butter in a non-stick skillet over med-high heat. Cook the chicken in the skillet until lightly browned and cooked through (165 degrees), approx. 5-7 mins. Remove chicken and put on plate. Add pasta to boiling water. Cook until desired tenderness, 3-4 minutes (5-6 minutes for multi-grain).
Empty sauce bag into the same skillet (over med-high heat) and use spatula to stir until sauce is bubbling and slightly thickened. Return chicken to the skillet to warm. Spoon sauce and chicken over pasta. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese (provided).
