Thaw completely in refrigerator. Keep broccoli in the freezer.
Stovetop: Spray a non-stick skillet with cooking oil and heat to medium heat. Place chicken and marinade in skillet and cook until lightly browned and cooked through (165°), about 3-4 minutes per side. The chicken cooks quickly since it is thin so keep a close eye on it so it doesn’t over-cook. Serve with broccoli. Sliced lemons make a nice presentation.
