A one pan dinner that's a customer favorite. Our hand-trimmed pork tenderloin gets a savory herb rub and is oven roasted. What makes this dinner so incredibly easy and delicious? The pork shares the pan with our delicious housemade multigrain stuffing that contains celery, onions, carrots and dried cranberries. It bakes up golden brown, moist and delicious. Clean up is a cinch. We recommend that you serve it with a green veggie and some cranberry sauce (warm it for a nice drizzle over the pork). (pan, oven)
Prep Time: no prep!
Cook Time: 30-40 mins
Thaw completely in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 400 F. Remove lid from pan. Place the aluminum pan on a cookie sheet for support. Sprinkling or mixing in a variety of dried fruits or pecans/walnuts is a nice touch. Roast pork for 40-45 minutes (full size) or 30-35 mins (half size), until internal temperature reaches 155F. Monitor throughout the cooking, and if stuffing gets dark, cover the pan with aluminum foil. Remove from oven and let meat rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with a salad or veggie. Cranberry sauce is a nice addition, you can even put it on top of the pork.
