A classic appetizer. These mini crabcakes are always a hit. We provide a creamy remoulade sauce (a slightly more gourmet tartar sauce) on the side. They even cook from frozen in just 12 minutes!

Cook from frozen (oven).
Put remoulade dipping sauce to the side.
Oven: (from frozen) Preheat oven to 450F. Place mini crabcakes on a lightly sprayed baking sheet (or line with parchment or foil for easy clean up). Bake for 6 minutes, flip over and then for 6-8 additional minutes til 165F.
Stir remoulade dipping sauce prior to serving (serve chilled).
