Light and summery. We slice our hand-trimmed pork tenderloin into filet medallions and give them a light seasoning. After a quick turn on the grill, stovetop or oven you can let rest for a few minutes and then serve with our own orange vinaigrette sauce. Serve with green beans on the side. Delicious, clean eating and gluten-free too. (bag, oven, grill or stove).
