One of our most popular in our mini meatloaf repertoire. We combine ground beef with diced onions, egg, panko breadcrumbs (gluten-free available), cheddar cheese, and BBQ sauce to create a simple yet delicious meatloaf, then top it off with our BBQ glaze. Six mini loaves per full order, three per half order. Cook as many as you need at once. They cook in just around 30 minutes from thawed. Side of roasted potatoes with root veggies included. Thaw completely (recommended) or cook from frozen.
From thawed: (reco’d) Preheat oven to 400F. Bake meatloaves covered with foil for 25 mins, then remove foil and bake for 5-10 additional mins, until an internal temp of 165F. Let rest 5-10 minutes before slicing.
From frozen (thaw in micro): Preheat oven to 400F. Remove meatloaves from pan and place on a micro-safe dish. Heat on defrost function (or 40% power) until thawed, approx. 10 mins (microwaves vary). Place on sprayed oven-safe dish (or sprayed alum pan), cover with foil and follow “from thawed” directions.
Enjoy with mashed potatoes & a green veggie.
