Thaw completely in refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 400F. Place all contents of bag into a pan with sides which has been sprayed thoroughly with cooking spray (or line pan with foil and then spray). Sprinkle pork lightly with salt and pepper.
Bake for 10 mins and then turn pork over. Cook for an additional 10-15 mins or until temperature reaches 155 degrees. Let pork sit for 5-10 mins before slicing. Slice into ¼” slices. Serve with mustard dipping sauce. The sauce is also delicious with your green beans.
