Thaw before cooking. Tip: If you have any cooked broccoli, green beans, diced pepper etc. add them when you add the sauce ingredients to make the dish even heartier.
Heat 2-3 Tablespoons oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Pour the contents of the chicken bag into the skillet. Cook until 90% cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
Add the sauce ingredients stirring until thickened, 2-3 minutes. If you’re adding veggies, add them with the sauce. Once the sauce has thickened add the cashews and stir. Chicken needs to reach 165F. Serve over basmati or brown rice.
