These quesadillas can be an entrée, snack or appetizer. 10" flour tortillas are stuffed with all white meat shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, ranch and buffalo hot sauce. Moderate spice level. Saute or bake in the oven or toaster oven for a tasty treat. 6/full order, 3/half order.

Thaw completely for best results. Can be thawed in microwave (remove foil).
Preferred method: stovetop (though you will likely have to cook in batches if you’re making multiples). Preheat a skillet (preferably non-stick) over medium heat. Melt 1 tsp butter in skillet. Add as many quesadillas (unwrapped) as will fit. Cook 3-4 minutes until golden on underside, than flip and cook another 3-4 minutes until golden and cheese is melted. Watch carefully and adjust heat up/down as necessary.
Oven: Preheat to 350 degrees. Unwrap quesadillas and place the alum foil on a cookie sheet. Spray with pan spray and place quesadillas. Bake for 10-12 mins. or until heated through (for crispy tortillas). For softer quesadillas sprinkle tortillas with a few drops of water and bake covered in foil.
