A classic! Peanut buttery cookie dough rolled in sugar with a chocolate kiss placed in the center. A favorite with kids and adults.

If frozen, thaw dough prior to baking. Set aside bag of chocolate kisses (unwrap them while the cookies are baking). Preheat oven to 375F.
Place cookie balls on a cookie sheet, preferably lined with parchment paper or sprayed.
Bake for 9-12 mins, do not over bake. Remove cookies from oven and top each cookie immediately with an unwrapped chocolate kiss, pressing down so cookie cracks slightly. Let cool completely.
